Hi :) I'm Anina Müller, an artist currently based in Brussels and Basel.

My practice revolves around performativity, both as a medium and as its leading subject, primarily through performance, moving image and writing. Whacky characters, steeped in pop-cultural clichés, accompany the audience through absurd narratives. Similar to drag, playing dress up turns into a cathartic act, interrupting normative notions of authenticity and identification.
